Staff were very helpful and catered to our needs. In general a family friendly atmosphere. We really appreciated the personal touch of all the staff, and the owners work there every day. The location is the best amongst hotels in Zell am See. But you need a car.
although the food was great, there seems to be lack of interest in combating the overpopulation of flys in the dining room!! Also, the presence of only one wired internet access point in the whole hotel made for some interesting discussions with others of "fair time" on the internet.

The hotel had an amazing view of the mountains and was located in a great spot close to everything we wanted to see and do. the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a great variety of fresh fruits and pastries. We also really enjoyed the spa area which was modern and well-kept.
The room was on the small side, and the pillows were not very comfortable. the walls were also thin, and we could hear noise from the other rooms at night.

The only good thing at the hotel was the dinner thanks for the Romanian cook.
The hotel´s groundfloor is practically a stable with cows, horses and donkeys. You can see dunghill when you see out of the balcony and unfortunately you can even smell it! The rooms are very uncomfortable, there are more beds than necessary, but there is no place/wardrobe for the clothes, we had to store ours on the extra beds! In some of the rooms there were not proper heating. The receptionist - she may be the owner - smoke at the reception, and since we are nonsmokers, it was very unpleasant! The juice at the breakfast was watered, it didn´t have any taste! The biliard-table was broken, it was impossible to use it! I have never been in such a bad hotel in Austria. I would never go back. It is rather a cheap pension than a three-star hotel. I would expect more from a hotel in Austria. Don´t go there!

This hotel is situated right on the ski slope, which is great for those looking to ski straight from their room. the wellness area is modern and includes a very nice Finnish sauna. the apartment rooms are spacious and include all the basic necessities you would need for a comfortable stay.
The service at the hotel is very unfriendly and unaccommodating.

Had a wonderful ski vacation with friends! The hotel has an amazing location with breathtaking views from our room. We loved the fact that the ski lifts were so close, and it was easy to get back to the hotel at the end of the day. The ski/boot room was very convenient, and the ski hire shop was a pleasant 10-minute walk. The hotel staff was friendly and the food was fresh and delicious.
We were slightly disappointed that there was no easy access to shops when it was snowing. Additionally, some parts of the hotel, including the dining area, could be updated to be more comfortable.

Secondly, the staff were friendly and accommodating, even though their English was limited. I also appreciated the attention to detail, with a wide variety of options for breakfast and the ability to cook your own eggs. Lastly, the rooms were clean and had all the basic necessities.
Everything was fantastic and there's nothing I can fault.
